Provides an abstract base class for IRecordable components that records to files.

	Record	Records stream contents to a file.
	StopRecording	Stops recording of the stream.
	ToString	Returns a String containing the name of the Component, if any. This method should not be overridden. (Inherited from Component.)

	FileExtension	Gets the extension of files recorded.
